Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Once processed, orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our verified suppliers.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary based on supplier location and the customer’s delivery country

  • Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days

  • Remote Areas: 15–30 business days

  • Some products may arrive earlier or separately depending on warehouse location.

 

Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be provided once the supplier ships your order.

  • Tracking may take 3–7 days to update depending on the supplier’s system.

 

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product and destination.

  • Some products include FREE worldwide shipping depending on the supplier.

 

Multiple Packages

  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately because we work with different global suppliers.

Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Because items are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged item on arrival

  2. Incorrect item received

  3. Defective product

Proof required: Photo or short video within 7 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items

  • Items without proof of damage/defect

  • Items with normal wear, user damage, or incorrect customer addresses

  • Seasonal/limited holiday goods unless defective

 

Return Process

  1. Contact us our email with your Order ID.

  2. Provide photos/videos showing the issue.

  3. Once approved, we will coordinate with the supplier for the return or refund.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once approved by the supplier.

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after supplier confirmation.

 

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After the order is processed by the supplier, cancellation is no longer possible.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If a package is significantly delayed (over 45 days) or lost, we will work with the supplier to issue a replacement or refund.

 

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information.

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
